Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Bulk QR Generator you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
2. Permitted use
You may use this tool to generate QR codes for any lawful purpose — business cards, event signage, product packaging, internal tooling, personal projects, and so on. There is no limit on the number of QR codes you generate, and no fee is charged.
3. Prohibited use
You must not use this tool to generate QR codes that: (a) link to malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content; (b) facilitate fraud, harassment, or illegal activity; (c) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; or (d) violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. No warranty
This tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. QR code scannability depends on print quality, contrast, and scanner capability — always test before large-scale deployment.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this tool — including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or errors in generated codes.
6. Intellectual property
Bulk QR Generator and its underlying code are the property of their respective authors. The QR codes you generate are yours — we claim no ownership over any output produced by the tool.
7. Third-party content
If you upload a logo or other image as part of QR code generation, you represent that you have the right to use that image. We are not responsible for any intellectual property claims arising from content you supply.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the operator of this service is located. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
